My Pumpkin Pick for the Fall



I know pumpkin season has done its rounds, and we’ve enjoyed our share of coffees and cakes all boasting the flavor of the season. But before you pack your pumpkin craving away, I would love to add one of my favorite recipes to your seasonal collection. I might be a little late getting out there, but before fall really ends, and we’re in the middle of winter, I would love for you to try this wonderfully easy recipe that’s a treat for all pumpkin lovers!
 
It was something I came across at the office, when a friend brought over these deliciously moist muffins. As we shared them over a cup of coffee, she disclosed her secret, and I couldn’t help but spread the love. You’ll be shocked at how easy it is to make these, yet how incredibly delicious they turn out.
 
Pumpkin All Spice Muffins
 
1 Box All Spice Cake Mix
1.5 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Cup Water
 
Mix all the ingredients together, and bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
 
Add walnuts for extra crunch and flavor
